Open Call 2025

It’s that time of year again!

We are delighted to announce that submissions are now open for our 5th annual open call exhibition.

Once a year, we open our doors to artists we haven't yet had the pleasure of exhibiting. This allows us to discover exceptional emerging talents and provide them with a platform to showcase their work.

The submission process is completely FREE, as we believe these opportunities should be accessible to everyone.

Submission process:

Option 1:

Artists should email images of (up to) three artworks for consideration to info@tomcoxstudio.com along with a link to their website and social media platforms.

Each artwork must be accompanied by its title, year of creation, materials used, dimensions in cm and price.

Photographs of artworks must be no larger than 2mb.

Option 2:

Tag @tomcoxgallery in your Instagram posts and use the hashtag #TomCoxOpenCall2025 - we will ensure to look at all posts tagged with our handle and consider the artworks directly from your instagram feed.

Deadline: 30th June 2025

Selected artists will be contacted by 31st July.

The exhibition will run between 5th - 28th September at the Tom Cox Gallery, with a private view on the 4th September.

Terms & Conditions

Submitted artworks must be available for sale.

International artist submissions welcome.

The gallery sales commission is 40% + VAT (48%).

Due to the high number of applicants, we are unable to provide detailed feedback on unsuccessful submissions.
